Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Ireland & UK: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • International (outside EU/UK): 10–30 business days

Please note: these are estimated timeframes only. Elm & Bay is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address, order weight, and method selected.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Elm & Bay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@elm-bay.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
